Returns Policy

Bubble & Bling offers an open return policy with no questions asked for any full-size items purchased from our web store. Within 5 days after the date of receipt, you can return any unused items that you have ordered. Please be aware that worn goods are not returnable. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to return any unused items, and we will guide you through the entire process.

Special guidelines regarding cosmetics: Items must not have been tried on or used, and the package cannot be altered in any manner.

Specific guidelines for reverse pickup: The product will be assigned in reverse within 24 to 48 hours, and it will be picked up in a further four to five working days. The delivery representative will give the invoice once the item and its packaging have been selected. Please send us a picture of this invoice via email at [email protected].

Refunds Policy

Within a maximum of 15 days following the date bubbleandbling.me receives the returned items, refunds are performed. If you place a prepaid order using a credit card, debit card, or net banking you will receive your money returned in 5-7  business days from the original account post successful pickup of the purchased item  . 

If you place an order using cash-on-delivery, you will receive a refund check in your bank account in the name of the “Billing Name” that you used when placing the order, or you will receive a bank transfer; however, you will need to send certain information to [email protected] via email. The money will be returned to the account in 5-7 working days . 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled when they are in the “Pending” stage. It is irreversible once we begin processing. You must email us at [email protected] explaining why you are canceling. Order cancellations can take up to 1-2 business days from the time you request to have the item(s) canceled. You will receive an email informing you of the same.
